Liability: Cardinal Cleaning & Repair LLC is not liable for any pre-existing damages or issues with the property. We will take utmost care to avoid accidents, but clients must report any concerns within 24 hours of service completion.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing access to the property, moving fragile items, and securing pets as necessary during service.

Service Changes: Any changes to the services requested must be communicated to our staff before the start of the service. Additional charges may apply for extra services.

Late Cancellation or Rescheduling Fee: In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a late cancellation fee of $50 may be applied. This fee helps to cover the cost of labor and resources allocated for your scheduled service.
